Lloyd Lewis was recently asked to be the first witness to testify yesterday at a State Public Health Care & Human Services Committee on a host home safety bill. The bill passed at this hearing, will now go on to
appropriations, then to full house vote, and then on to senate. It is estimated that the chances of passage are in excess of 70% with bi-partisan sponsorship and support.
Others who testified were fire dept leaders, the deputy director of the state of Colorado housing, persons from the Health Care and Public Financing Authority, the exec director of the Colo Cross Disability Coalition.
